MY STORY

Throughout my entire life, I have always been a hockey fanatic. I began playing at four years old and continued to do so until I was twenty. This included and ended with three years of junior hockey. Since then, I knew that I wanted to try and get a career working in sports, but wasn't sure what. After taking some communications and journalism classes during my time in college, I discovered a real passion for writing and decided to pair it with the other thing I am extremely passionate about: Hockey.

I have been lucky enough to be hired on by three great hockey blogging websites in The Hockey Writers, Puck Prose, and Trade Rumours. I was also able to land a summer internship as a freelance sportswriter with the Sherwood Park News which helped improve my writing abilities.
